Business Analyst - Intern

Responsibilities
- Support local and global customers by understanding their requirements, gathering feedback, and addressing their needs.
- Assist in managing the product backlog, working closely with the product owner/business analyst.
- Collaborate with customers to present and validate solutions implemented by the delivery team, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Stay updated with advancements in our solutions and technologies to drive innovation and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of B2B sales strategies.
- Provide support to both local and global customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand complex business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and precision in documentation and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with key methodologies for efficient implementation of technology applications, such as Scrum (considered a plus).
- Proficiency in Spanish (considered a plus).
